Born and raised in Boston, Massachusetts, Shane moved to Los Angeles in 2015 with nothing else than a hunger and ambition for something different. Upon moving West, Shane was confronted by past trauma and what he fondly refers to as the “Stuck Energy”, both of which he thought were left in the dust back East. The tragic loss of his mother at the age of six, coupled with the all too common post-traumatic stress know to follow Army Infantrymen back from their deployments (especially when those deployments involve tracking, capturing and interrogating high level terrorists in Bosnia, days after the 9/11 attacks) afforded Shane a sense of inspired urgency to seek help.
Fortunately, help was found. A mere two months into his journey in LA, Shane was introduced to the practice of Breathwork meditation. From there, he embarked on a nearly yearlong endeavor of learning and being mentored by some of the most respected Breathwork instructors in the country, resulting in achieving his own certification as a Breathwork instructor in June 2016. Shane found a sense of purpose and an entirely new peace of mind in the practice, and also in the effect his guidance had on others who aspired to achieve the same.
